About Rhana
Rhana A. Gittens is a Communications PhD student at Georgia State University. Her research focuses on the rhetoric social movements and critical culture studies. She has a Bachelor of Science in Journalism and Masters of Business Administration from the University of Florida. She has a minor certificate in African-American studies and is an accomplished writing tutor. She was born in Queens, NY, raised in Lauderdale Lakes, FL and currently resides in Atlanta, GA.
